Though he can't help be worried for his bother aswell, there's a feeling off about his " wind ". And barbatos knows very well even his father has noticed venti's wind has faded a bit than before.
Barbatos having no experience, always skipping lessons and jumping out windows to fly despite being scolded for multiple times by his father not to and should focus, always carefree with no worry, the one Decarabian said ' do not worry you'll have use in the future ', which seemed offensive but it was true. Was suddenly now needing to take the title as ” osial's wife–husband. ” when it was supposed to be venti.
What on teyvat, mondsdat, and barbatos is suddenly going on?

So what happens when Barbatos goes missing, and the only sign that he is alive is the slow and steady beating of his gnosis, connected to the other archons'?
Or an AU where the Original Seven are still alive and never died, and judge Barbatos too harshly. But we still love them.
PS: as of the 2.6 update, which is the time I started writing this fanfic, we know nothing of the former archons thus why they might be ooc, but for the sake of the story, we're going to ignore it. I just changed the name of the Dendro Archon to her original one because, for those who will see this in the future, this fanfic wasn't posted when 3.0 came out, so it was easy for me to just put Rukkhadevata instead of Kusanali.
