Summary
The 'Reader' character is named during the course of the fic, utilizing some of the thematic elements of the game itself. She is actually an OC, so please take that into consideration before reading.
Frisk is your child, the result of a teen pregnancy, but they've always been told that you're their older sister. In an effort to get away from your own abusive mother, the two of you end up falling into the Underground, where Sans is startled by this abrupt change in what had become a predictable pattern of events. Maybe your presence is what is needed to stop the endless cycle of Resets.
After many struggles, both internal and external, you and your found family reach the surface, only to face even more difficulties from the society you weren't sure you'd ever see again. You meet new friends and encounter people from your past, though for good or ill, you're not sure. Sometimes it's difficult to tell kindness from cunning.
ACT One: (The Underground) Chapters 1-70 --- 171,021 Words
ACT Two: (The Surface) Chapters 71-180 --- 303,988 Words
ACT Three: (The Font) Chapters 181-???(All smut chapters include warnings. Current number: 9)

Gaster's old lab, Sans discovers a door that has never, ever been there before. He digs up some old research notes and finds the thing that he has never known he had been missing.

--Running from my past, I'm praying feet don't fail me now!--
"The Drug In Me Is You" - Falling in ReverseYou're an Elementary School teacher in a rural town when one day, your co-teacher goes under investigation for reasons you don't know, and suddenly you're to blame. You try to put on a brave face but can't help but feel lost as the people you worked with isolate you, as well as the town itself.
Your boss tells you of an opportunity out East; the monsters that had come to the surface last year are now trying to recruit human teachers to help them start acclimating monster and human children, together. The Queen of the Monsters is the new Principal, and your boss wants to help you get a fresh start.
What's the worst that could happen?
Also, if you could stop having terrible misunderstandings with the short skeleton, that'd be great.
(NOTE: Reader is named and considered an 'OC', but reads as a self-insert.)

Summary
A year after a successful neutral route. Nobody had believed Frisk at first about monsters trapped in the underground. However, a cruel reality sets in much more corrupt than ever imaginable when the Barrier is destroyed. Monsters were liberated only for a brief period once the humans discovered just how broken and savage they were after years of starvation, forced into confinement and brutalized following their release.
You'd been working as a therapist in a rural town when one day, you'd been offered a brilliant job opportunity far out East; an organization attempting to rehabilitate the monsters that had come to the surface are trying to recruit willing human mental health professionals. You, reluctant, knowing how dangerous this job could prove to be, refuse to take the opportunity... until a heaping amount of cash is proposed. Who's to deny that in this economy?
Surely nothing bad could happen.
