Harry wants this year to go at least okay. After what happened with the weird teacher and him melting the face off of the weird teacher. He wants this to go okay.
Snape is back at the goddamn school again, but this time a familiar name haunts him. Along with the new even more stupid teacher who is teaching defense against the dark arts.

In a mysterious twist of events, James and Lily end up surviving Voldemort's attack on them and their new born baby boy. Sirius is freed, Peter goes to Azkaban, Remus doesn't get depression. Life moves on as the Potter family + Remus and Sirius grow together.
Years later, James is given the opportunity to be the Quidditch coach at Hogwarts with Lily as his assistant. He takes the job as he's glad that he can keep being involved in Harry's life.
This choice causes them to cross paths with Severus Snape and his adopted children, Belladonna and Oleander. Will bad blood win out between these three? Will Harry befriend the Snape twins before they manage to kill his parents? Will Ron ever get that it's levi-O-sa, not leviosAR!

Luckily he doesn't out himself as a wizard, since apparently one Emma Bunton was cousins with Luna Lovegood and knew about him already. It was funny how quickly and easily Victoria Adams bustled into his life, took over his guardianship, showed him how to have fun as a 16 year old boy, and even somehow got him an amazing boyfriend, as well as herself, in the process.
Parsel magic, Harry being competent, Slytherins joining Harry's side, Voldemort and Dumbledore both getting taken care of, and the year isn't even over yet.
