He does not understand that Obi-wan is hearing a call older than the Jedi Order itself. And the closer Obi-wan gets to the water, the more the Force begins to answer back.

Summary
Vokara Che is a no-nonsense, hard-working, high-achieving, ultra-competent Master Healer, and she spends all day, every day listening to the Force.
And one day the Force tells her to scream at Master Yoda and slam a door in his face.
So she does.
And then she consults with an expert, records a holo message, writes a letter, and sends it to a Mandalorian mercenary company, because that is what the Force told her to do. And she really doesn't give a flying kriff what the High Council has to say about that, because this is about patient care, dammit.
Vokara gains two patients at peace, a priceless necklace, a humorous penpal, and a legacy that will change the galaxy forever.

She didn't move for a few minutes, still finding it hard to believe that after all this time, all the scheming and the late nights working on a way to leave this dust ball of a planet, she'd abandoned it all. Just like that. And for what?
She felt the weird presence again, tugging at the edge of her mind.
Sighing exasperatedly, she got up and followed the direction it seemed to originate from. She was already knee deep in this Force thingy, why not worsen her situation some more?
All of this better be worth straying from the path she'd chosen.

In another world, his confrontation would have been a singular duel on a planet encased in lava, surrounded by a building that was falling apart and the bodies of his apprentice’s latest victims.
But this world? This world, he was not on a faraway planet, fighting against droves of droids on his loyal and steadfast varactyl mount. This world he was in the Temple, walking alongside his Commander. And this would change everything.
Obi-Wan Kenobi is in the Temple when Anakin Skywalker goes to the Dark Side.

“I must admit this is a delightful development though, you have my congratulations. And Cody’s, he’ll never say it but I’ll tell it to you on his behalf,” Kenobi chirps.
Quinlan crosses his arms, grumbling.
“Oh shove it, Kenobi, you aren’t any better.”
“That, we are in agreement. Which means I’m sure Cody and I will have no problem finding a way to get back at you two. Isn’t that right darling?” He says, far too cheerfully.
Cody studies him, up and down, before getting that look in his eyes that means he’s come to a decision.
“No, actually, it’s not, sir.”
Then Cody stands on the tips of his toes, leans in close and whispers something directly into Kenobi’s ear, entirely unintelligible to the rest of them, but whatever it is makes Kenobi blush hard enough to rival his own copper hair with a weak “Oh!”
Fox just might be sick.
“Not you too!”

sometimes, you think this is it and confess under threat of never having another opportunity to do so. Sometimes, you’re wrong. Sometimes, that results in consequences. Luckily for Fox, it’s not all bad. Cody would like to have a word though. That’s definitely bad.

Summary
Anakin can't control the Force very well at all. The Jedi seem to think everything he does with it is wrong, even just existing, really. Everyone complains that he's loud in the Force, that is, until he's put under Force suppression. It makes him ill, but it doesn't completely remove his ability to use the Force, and it gets him praise for better control. But when it wears off, he's once again scolded for lacking it.
So a 12 year old Anakin who can't seem to make any friends, in part due to Yoda's well meaning meddling that would have been fine if he was creche raised, modifies a pair of Force suppressant binders and wears them constantly from that point forward.
Obi-Wan is praised for teaching him so well.

The Force– strong and Light as ever– greeted Ben as an old friend. A breeze blowing Ben’s hood off and moving his robes. As if a hand gently brushed through his hair– as if the Force was comforting him.
The beautiful colours painting the atmosphere. Another melody in the cool and icy evening air. Marching in the background.
Ben closed his eyes, listening to it.
It was the shift of armour, the clang of Beskar against Beskar, snapped Ben out of his quiet reflection and mourning.
Ben opened his eyes and looked over his shoulder. Behind him were three Mando’s approaching him from all sides and cornering him. Turning to face those approaching him, Ben tilted his head.
“Tion’cuy?”
“Naasade.” Ben replied as he jumped back onto the railing, spread his arms and let himself fall back.

Or, Ben Kenobi is sent back into time to prepare the Order for what he knows is to come. The Future is always in motion after all.
