The domesticated energy throughout all the dynamics is just so SHFIDBDI. I absolutely ADORE it. I can't get enough, it's amazing. Tony and Pepper, they hold my heart, I was melting for them, they're so cute. And Pepper has such an open perspective of why Tony and Peter do what they do, she might not understand completely but she knows enough that she understands it's apart of who they are. You are the best author at writing Pepper so introspectively, it's actually insane.
I kid you not I was kicking my feet and giggling while I read this chapter, you're just so amazing at writing? I could watch this scene in my head, it was so tangible and felt so REAL emotionally. It's actually BONKERS how majestic you flow your words together while also describing each characters personality through what they're doing throughout the scene. I'm actually throwing hands-

You literally have me blushing, oh my gosh thank you so much. ☺️ I can’t even take it (more please, never ever stop). I try so hard to write what my brain comes up with as I sit here, and make it as tangible and real as it feels to make it up as I sit here and get to writing. I’m so glad it comes across to so many of you beautiful readers. To hear how it touches you emotions, crying, laughing, cheering along with the characters as they grow and are challenged, it’s so rewarding to hear.
The fun fact about Pepper, I really have never given her character a second thought before this fic. I have read so much with her and she’s shown in so many ways. But she was never a character I was like, yes. She is magic and deserves to be fleshed out, I was far more invested in Peter and Tony. But writing this, she’s a key. She’s so influential on a safe space for Tony, a landing spot for vulnerability and guidance that he doesn’t have anywhere else. I see her wisdom as I sit and write and see how truly she is an invaluable character. She’s endured and learned and leaves a lot of space for these emotional stumped boys, and what amazing CEO and people handler did she have to be for Mayhem Tony in the first place that goes so unaccompanied in stories? A lot. I love to see how much you all love how I write her, because it was not an intentional thought about using her as a key character when I started. But she’s irreplaceable and so loved be me now. I love her support for a life that she doesn’t understand but she respects for them as heroes, and she was a relatable view that May needed, to know that she just won’t ever get it, because they aren’t the hero’s like they are and it’s just. Agh. It was so special to write and see flow on the page. I have ideas of what I want to happen in the chapter…but it’s not planned. In fact this story turned out in a way this last chapter that I rerouted my intended next few chapters because it felt unnecessary now. This closed a chapter and we can all kiss Pepper Potts for being amazing and helping connect the world of citizen and hero for this family.
