It was very interesting to read Lan Wangji's POV! When I read Harry Potter, I always wondered how first years were so sure where they were going to end up. Most of them were against Slytherin, though, at least what we saw in the books, and I always wondered that a bit strange. That dome had the same number of students, so about one in four was going there. I doubt that all of them were pure-blooded Muggle-haters... so there should be a lot of cases when a student wanted to be someone else and ended up there. Also, here, poor Lan Zhan was so sure to be in Ravenclaw. He probably never considered any other possibility. And then he ended up with Jiang Cheng as a roommate. Poor Lan Zhan. However, it would be interesting to see their interaction, which is very unusual.
