I'm crossing my fingers for you! I loved reading this new chapter / notes! And oh wow - Jenova makes an entrance, and is... surprisingly endearing??? I would have burnt those grunts myself if I could have though lol, what the hell guys? I'm so curious about what happened with Crescent too. I absolutely love the way you take the threads and entwine them into a new lore and world! Also, Walker is back!! I really like this character, and to see how he's still struggling and trying to avoid and protect Folia right after he finally met her - ah, my heart... And to think he was influenced by Cloud? Nah, this is too good. I'm sure I wrote it in another comment, but you have such a way to handle a wide cast of colorful characters and keep them in-character and interesting, even those we don't know much about? It's really a delight to read your work, so thanks again for sharing it here with us!! <3 I also loved the different references you tucked here and there - "2000 gil" will be my favorite this once :) Can't leave without mentioning cutie Marlene and Denzel... and thank you for the Genesis crumbs at the end.
