    Rollo's lack of conversation skills with literally everyone is starting to amuse me 😆

    One thing I've started doing (on here and irl) is saying "thank you" instead of "sorry" when it comes to certain things. In this case, instead of "sorry this took so long", letting people know their patience is appreciated with just "thank you for waiting" is enough. There is no reason to actually apologize for having other priorities, or especially if things happen out of your control! And it helps assuage any misplaced guilt to phrase it that way. Just a bit of unsolicited advice :)

    This was a great chapter with lots of characters and different insights, I enjoyed it!

      I appreciate the advice ❤️❤️ thats probably what I'll do in the future then. And it makes a lot more sense too.

      It's funny bc when my friend was beta reading she had the same reaction to "Couldn't care less that Ruggie was sick" lol. Enemies to lovers my belovedddd

      Also, yes, it's now canon to this fic that whenever anyone talks to Rollo, he stares at them for a solid 5 seconds minimum before responding. (Not really but it's so funny in my head)

      Also, yeah, I'm trying to give everyone equal screen time (page time?). Trying to make sure it doesn't go TOO long without any one character appearing.
