    .....why do I feel like years later Minato will discover this incident while working on the Thunder God technique and get TURNED into a cat as well? Why do I feel like that would be funny!?

        All the while purposely keeping the info to herself until the fun is over, and then she'll return him to normal.

        BUT! Not before a little yellow tabby cat attacks a few enemy ninja with the Thunder God technique...and everyone is TOO stunned to fight back!

              Cat Minato is beefing with humans who try to bully (and sometimes flirt) Kushina.

              Kushina is beefing with an actual cat that might steal her Boyfriend.

              all while Old Lady Mito is sending her on this wild goose chase of a long-lost notes Tobirama has about this incident to find some clues to fix this

                The purr-fect next step in the 'Cat no Jutsu' AU.

                It also doesn't help that Minato, as a cat...can't eat certain foods without getting sick. Like milk, onions, garlic, chocolate and the like.

                So Kushina's plans of feeding him ONLY ramen wouldn't work. It has too much salt!
