      It depends on whether you're talking about his magic or body! Classic's magic is pretty strong, but he usually doesn't move heavy things around with his body, so while his magic is going just fine, his body is weaker.

          Physically jumping out of the way would be body. Using shortcuts is magic. -> To be more specific, Sans's legs are stronger than his arms (as evidenced by him jumping out of the way of most attacks in the game).
