    I am becoming increasingly curious what kind of plant this is that he's forcing all these flowers out of.

    Oh, and the story's good. He and Mito are hilarious and goddamn Butsuma. XD Laying odds on Katsumi also being entirely opposed to this arrangement. Probably more emphatically.

      I haven't really thought about it? I mean, he's probably killing it, but ninja powers are weird and Mokuton is especially weird. I'm taking liberty with them.

      Thanks! I'm enjoying trying to create fascination and a foundation of interactions between them. I'm trying not to make Butsuma a monster, but I feel this is a fair representation of him given canon and the fact this is from Hashirama's perspective, and the Senju family issues are going to parallel Mito's a bit. You're not betting wrong on Katsumi, btw, she'd kick Hashirama's ass in how much she'd rather not go through with this.
