Love this story! Harry finally addressing the fact that the ENTIRE Wizarding World is expecting him, a child, to save them when they have Aurors and Hit Wizards. What the F**k do these guys do? Sit around and arrest shoplifters? "Scrimgeour burst out, eventually. “We don’t need the help of a traitor anyway!”
“Rufus!” Dumbledore protested.
Harry snorted. “You call me a traitor because of a name on my wrist that I had absolutely no control over. You call me a traitor, despite the fact that I’m here, trying to end a war that your Ministry has no chance of winning, because you’ve all got your heads too far up your own arses to have done something when I first told you he was back. You call me a traitor, the way Fudge called me a loon for a year, and the way that, for the last year and a bit, people have been calling me the ‘Chosen one’.” Shaking his head, Harry added, “You people, in fact everyone in the Wizarding World, like to label me, but maybe you should all take a good look at yourselves, and wonder why you feel like you need to rely on a barely seventeen year old to save you.”
These statements show how those in the Ministry truely feel about Harry-even before the whole soulmate issue and Harry finally called them on it!
