    Such an exciting twist on the Jon time travels to the Dance era plot (which I never tire of). I'm looking forward to more!

    P.s. if Jon only knew who Rhaegar was talking about, he'd have been so thrilled about being compared to Arthur Dayne, but alas...

      *nod* I got to the unfortunate point where I knew what Dance plot I wanted to read and the only option in front of me was to write it, alas.

      Jon would be internally fangirling so hard if he knew, which is its own kind of amusing because Jon's probably an almost mythological figure to the generations that come after him: the man who led the fight against the second coming of the Long Night and defeated the Others. (And that legend only grows if he never returns. The mysterious hero who vanished after his great heroic deed.)
