No, she is, but I like making up my own lore so for plot reasons he's a pureblood, and the Slytherin house hates Ron especially because his family, the Weasleys, are purebloods but 'muggle lovers' so they're seen as blood traitors, so most Slytherins see Ron as a traitor and they hate him because of that
