    I just got back to TDP fandom, and was also rather unhappy with the scant scenes of Aaravos in S4 and S5 (then again, less material to ruin him with, as the writing is... off).

    This fanfic makes my skin crawl in all the right ways. It's wholesome and also disturbing, because while you can tell Aaravos is very fond of Callum, that fondness comes pre-packaged with manipulation every second of the way. Technically, it's not harm.

      Also, I agree wholeheartedly that since the start of season 4, the writing feels much looser. Some of the characters are acting off, and I really don't like how quickly Callum forgave Rayla for running off.
