      He was tempted... very, VERY tempted.

      But the thing about Gabe is that's something he feels his mom has to take care of. Or at least he and his mom have to be in mutual agreement. They'll talk about it in chapters to come. :)

        The other thing is that killing Gabe would most likely send him to the Fields of Punishment to be tortured for eternity. Which is something that Percy might reasonably be hesitant to do, no matter how much he hates Gabe, when Sally can just divorce him.
