    In his peripheral vision, Katsuki sees Peppermint tilt his head like a dumb, confused dog. "I don't see why I wouldn't," he states slowly, clearly confused.
    -oh not the head tilt, I can't take the cute!

    Sits there, smiling so wide his cheeks round out like an overfed hamster, Goddamn thrilled to be in the dead-eyed Candy Cane's company.
    -I'm totally buying a candy cane ornament this year and sticking the worst looking googly eyes I can find on it just so I can have a Todoroki of my very own

    Icyhot nods again sedately. “Okay, Bakugou,” he says, placid and calm. It just riles Katsuki up further; stokes his temper even higher.
    -I read this in a "sure Jan" tone just to make it better

    Now, Izuku realises it was Fate beginning the process of stitching their souls together with whatever cosmic thread they use for such tasks.

    It's a pretty picture, Izuku thinks. Stars, planets, moons, quasars, and comets carefully stitched through his and Shouto's souls, tying the deepest parts of them together for the rest of their days.

    "It will infuriate my Father as well as inform the majority of the country that you're mine. There is no downside," Shouto tells him, completely serious. Izuku barks a laugh of surprise even as something hot coils in his stomach at Shouto declaring Izuku 'his'.

      The Todoroki head tilt is a very serious weapon! Nations could be brought to their knees, man! Their knees, I tell you!

      Hahaha oh fuck if I had more of a twitter following I would legit try to promote that idea as a fandom wide tribute to Todoroki 😂 as it is I'm just gonna have to content myself with irritating my partner into doing it as a craft project together for our tree this year 😏

      Spite gremlins and trauma-bonded kittens, they really do hit basically every target of appeal don't they?

        Its taken a bit, but guess who has a googly eyed candy cane of their own. Candyroki is a delight and I'm thrilled.
