I like the way you describe Akira's hometown and his parents. I'm struggling to come up with the words. It feels cold, static, uncaring. Even after he's gone to Tokyo and shot a god his hometown is still the same. His father even has the same hair. It's just... so stationary. So dull and dreary with how little life there is.
...At least, until Goro shows up, and Akira comes to life again.
A minute passed before Goro said, whisper-soft, “Home was always more of a feeling I got with someone. Someone who… wasn’t in Tokyo anymore.”
Goro hasn't had a home in a very long time. But now he's found it with Akira aaaaaaaaaa my heart is melting, this is too soft!!!
