I've long been of the opinion that there are multiple factions in the mla, and geten's quirk Supremacy is merely one of them. As fast as I can tell, there are biggest unifying Creed is effectively anarchism. And I don't recall ever seeing the MLA being taken off screen, but it's not necessarily impossible. Well yes 100,000 people is quite a lot, it's less than 1/10 of 1% of the Japanese population. And considering the size of the jdf, if a smart government threw the military at them, which is literally their purpose, then technically speaking it would be doable. It would definitely make the news, but you really don't necessarily need to involve the main character's much. And as for the MLA being the new nazis, I think that is stemmed from the misconception that the quirkless are an abused minority. As fast as I can tell in Canon what people use as evidence for this abuse is Dr okijos line of give up your dream, and he's a super villain. Bakugou behavior, and he's a jock who the school put their dreams on, and all might be realistic line and he's just had a crappy day of course he wouldn't want anyone to have one like that. Other than that, as far as I can tell no one mentions anything about the quirkless' social position. I mean this is a superhero story, why would they? The story is about the fantastical, why bring up the mundane. And as for them being a shrinking minority, it would have been bound to happen. At the rate that quirks have saturated the world's population, it's obviously going to be a dominant gene, though in all honesty the right at which everyone got a superpower is ridiculously fast the lactose tolerance Gene is a mere fraction of the dispersal rate, though I've always assumed that there would always be a corkless Remnant population. Think redheads, it's a non-dominant gene, yet it's still around. There will be corkless communities, genetic throwbacks, and spontaneous mutations.
To be honest I see them as libertarian more than anarchist. Yotsubashi is a CEO of a major megacorporation, I don't expect him to enjoy actual anarchy that makes doing business harder than it should be.
100 000 people is more than enough to start a civil war with a decent chance at victory. With proper plan and good execution, there were government that fell before few hundred people. There's a reason why Re-Destro wanted to move after All Might's fall, when the public's faith was shaken and - with some additional chaos - many might have followed a leader that promised them fixing the popular issues.
And yeah, the supposed quirkless discrimination in fanon is massively overblown when compared to canon. I just don't see the point of the MLA needing to have an opinion on people that are scheduled to die out on their own in a generation or two.
