Ok I'll admit, this is funny. And the technophile in me can't help but wonder of those "clean energy vehicle" designs are straight up ecto-powered or if he's using some parts from his ecto-blasters to fashion a fast charging battery with high storage capacity(because if you can build an energy gun that can disintegrate metal and blast large holes into brick walls, you've got some very impressive high energy storage capability, regardless of whether it's also effective against undead spirits).
As for a list of what Vlad's got that he could turn to profitable civilian use...
1. Well for a start he's got what's basically anti-gravity hovercraft. Not completely groundbreaking as both Fenton Works and the GIW have their own versions of that technology, but neither of them have the means or motive to sell it to the masses.
2. He can also compete with Tony when it comes to Hologram Projection and AI virtual assistant technology(though none as good as B.A.R.F.).
3.The technology behind his "Plasmius Bug" spy drones could revolutionize drone technology.
4. His "Human/Ghost Shield" can block not just ectoplasm/ecto-energy but also baryonic matter. And while depending on the when in the MCU this is, both Shield and Tony could have their own energy shield technology, both only had individual scale shields rather than the large area shields like Vlad and Wakanda(and I doubt either Shield, Tony or Wakanda's technology could block ghosts as well).
5. Since Vlad owns Axiom Labs, that includes things like the Cybertron Mega Computer and the X-23 Booster Rocket, a jetpack capable of launching a single man into space in less than 2 minutes. The extreme level of performance from the latter, when combined with his anti-gravity hovercraft technology, could revolutionize the aeronautics industry(like the jet and jetpacks used by the Masters Blasters).
6. And I suppose he could also find a way to create a civilian version of the retractable armored suit he created for Valarie(the one that could somehow store and pop out several times her own body weight in large heavy firepower weaponry) or commercial versions of the tech that went into it.
And that's pretty much all I could think of or find. The rest of Vlad's tech is all weaponry and dedicated ghost fighting gear, not all that useful for pure civilian purposes. As for Tony, he's a bit more of a challenge. His PTSD sourced paranoia means that he won't sell anything with high weaponization capacity, which means no arc reactors, repulsors or nanotech. But he could still compete with Vlad when it comes to holograms, robotics and AI virtual assistants, and if he modernizes his dad's old hovercars, even anti-gravity hovercraft. Other than that, well you've already gotten mobility assistance so that's the Haztech Exoskeleton... commercialize the sonic fire extinguisher and the Stark HUD 2020 AR glasses?
Bruce and Lex I won't even try to speculate. Not only does Bruce have a slightly less tech-focused version of the PTSD sourced paranoia that Tony suffers from(still no weapons tech here!), but there are way too many different versions of either and you haven't given any detail on which DC universe is a part of this.
Another option for the cloning tech is cloning endangered animals and recently extinct animals like the Tasmanian tiger. It won't make him much money, but it's pure PR gold.
