Damn the leg think is exactly what i was thinking too. He literally cut off his own leg to prevent his quirk from deleting so shigaraki went for his eyes directly! Like, it wasn't a complete loss but thank god for Monoma right?!
(to ne honest I didn't think the mangaka would go for using Monoma and Kurogiri. I was like... I mean to fans it's OBVIOUS they should make use of two of the best cheats codes they had other than Aizawa's erasure but I was like, it's like one of these things you read the manga and think "nah it'd be too easy and won't make the story interesting right" points . But he did it. he actually did it.
Tbh I thought we were going to get SOME progress with Kurogiri before the end but then chapter 344 came and ripped my heart out ahahaha 🙃
BNHA is a long-running shonen at heart and that usually means some questionable editorial decisions so I just take it for what it's worth and move on lol. Like to me the Star and Stripe fight was there purely for editorial reasons and not because it advanced the plot or character development.
But I digress. I always had plans for Kurogiri, but I'm really excited to eventually loop Monoma into this fic now, he's so annoying and I love him. Thanks for reading!
