    i sure did, smart punk, i sure did

    and lemme tell ya, it's honestly the best fanfiction regarding character death in all of this fandom.

    i always thought "hey, if the timeline theory is real, then every time we die we jump to another timeline, so it's not like, time reversal stuff. this means that in another timeline, frisk died and gg, how would that affect the monsters?"

    and you wrote that, it was a pleasure to read, angst is like, my passion.

    that being said, i will stalk your profile from time to time to see if you wrote other stuff haha

      Thank you for your feedback, it means a lot that you took the time to read the whole thing (even though it's not nearly as long as other fanfictions on this site or whatever). Nowadays I'm pretty embarrassed by it and how it turned out, but as long as other people are still enjoying my work, then that's all that's relevant. What did you think of the ending? Honestly, that's my favorite part of the entire thing. Also, I have been working on and off again on a new Helluva Boss/My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic crossover fic, if you're interested in those shows, so stay tuned for when I finalize it and post it here (eventually, have no idea how long that will take).

        I WROTE A ENTIRE ESSAY ABOUT HOW GREAT THE ENDING WAS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

        well, i'm kinda pissed by my own stupidity but

        anyway, the ending was really horrifying, since it hits very close to our reality. COVID really took a toll on me, thought i would die, and seeing my family sick was devastating to me. i lost people, but i can't imagine being in this situation. corona but it's stronger and has no cure. a simple but effectively terrifying concept, and you wrote it perfectly when making this fanfiction.

        now, i believe it felt rushed, maybe if you made more character pov's, expanded on them, made like, "one chapter for one char" kind of thing, and made more people (in particular asgore) see toriel's and frisk's deaths would be much more angsty and cruel, especially for asgore.

        the last chapter where undyne just died and they felt numb was like a cold bucket of water on me. it's like seeing someone die on resident evil: you feel so powerless, you saw that so much it barely affects you anymore.

        you really f**d them up huh? haha, maybe that was for the best.

        edit: when i said rushed, i didn't mean it on a bad way, but this could be easily a 50, 60 chapter story if you expanded more on the characters and stuff

          I agree that it did feel rushed, which is why I'm embarrassed by it. I don't know how I could have fixed that though because I also don't want to add too much details that aren't relevant or necessary, but I agree that the pacing in part 3 was pretty off. Hopefully the pacing in my next fanfic won't be so awkward.
