    Izuku needed that NERF. Sad as it is. How strong would you place him now? 20 percent is still exponentially stronger than most heroes.

      Enough to defeat every member of 1-A and many heroes as you said, he might not be able to punch as strong as before but he still should be the fastest in the class.

        Nice. And even with the lack of raw power. Eventually it'll get stronger. If it it 20 percent of what it was before. Then he'll be up to 40+ in like... 25 years. So, he should be fine for the foreseeable future. Not to mention eventually... Decay will be added to the mix should it ever reach it's apex again the future. But that's another 75 years or so.

          Also don't forget it also got two more power boosts as OFA gets stronger with each passing, and it was shaded off and handed back to him so he got bonus buffs so while this is 10% this isn't year 1 10%, but current 10% which could be anywhere between 15-30% of his original 100%
