First of all I want to say you definitely is my favorite superbat writer, sorry if I don't comment always (write in English isn't so easy to me) but you can be sure I had read almost all your stories and all of them are amazing!
Now, about this piece of art here: I loved the name. I am really crazy (in a good way) because of the way you describe bisexuality, I really love it. And I don't if you know but "Bi Any Other Name" is the title of one of the most important bisexual books in the world! It's a classical book of bisexual community, that got specially famous because of this book was considered "lesbian literature" to compete lambda awards in '90 (lambda was just about lesbian and gay literature at that time). So I don't know if it was a reference but I loved anyway because bi any other name is one of my favorites things in bisexual literature.
And of course your story itself is just incredible! You write very very well! I am starting to read in English and reading your stories are helping me a lot, because it's good to read, you use beautiful and sometimes different (to me) words, but it's not tough, I really love each detail of your writing!!! And I am falling in love more and more to superbat, I really didn't expect ir was possible because I am already crazy for them. But look at this! Bruce being cute and using pet names, it's so lovely and how I never thought about it before??
My preference is dear, I have to say. I don't know why, it's just short and beautiful to say and long pet names sounds strange to me (well pet names have to be short it's the point of the thing at all). Baby and babe aren't my thing, because it sounds very similar to the synonymous in my language and I dislike the English version of this word (it sounds strange to me even we use "baby" in my country as well). Love is very, very nice. Honey remembers me to a horse (I don't know why but I swear if I have a horse one day it will be called honey). Darling is just too long and beautiful also but I kinda liked beautiful a little bit.
And we have sweetheart. Sweetheart is my favorite one, I hope Bruce use it with Clark more times than just when someone else is flirting with Clark, because sweetheart is just so precious!!! I know I said against long pet names but the magic of sweetheart is that is has no traduction to my main language so it seems to be just pure, cute, I don't know, it's different. I remember the first time someone called me sweetheart and I was "what is it?" "what it even means?", but it means what it means, is it not so? I really love sweetheart with my entire heart.
But still preferring dear, because you know it's shorter. It's easier to pronunciate as well. Dear is perfection.
Well, I am now thinking to call the lover with a pet name is more a Bruce thing than a Clark thing and the fault is yours! Thank you.
