I was trying to convey a mix of plush and organic, which is my personal theory for what he is(along with anything else living in the factory, a mix of toy and creature)
He is actually both plush and organic. I mean, even his fur is very visibly some kind of fluffy fabric, but he is very organic otherwise. Probably he has some plushy stuffing in him as well for good measure and to fill up space.
