We’re definitely on the same wavelength regarding the film “Bolt.” Agreed that it’s a fine and seriously underrated movie — I think it’s one of Disney’s best. There isn’t a ton of fanfic for it (about 400 or so stories at FFN, as well as another 100 at AO3, with me contributing 33 of them), and by now it’s a quiet fandom. I love writing stories for it, though. Most of my stuff is post-canon, but there’s a backstory for Mittens as well a few pre-canon fics and a couple set during the film. The stories can be read individually or as one long entity — they interlock chronologically and are internally consistent. Feel free to browse and read to your heart’s content.
BTW, big fan of “Animaniacs” here, and enjoyed what I’ve read of yours so far.
Had a lot of fun writing “The Seven.” Bolt’s dad is a real rogue, and he shows up again in “The Cameo,” when he meets his son years later. While this fic is a dark one, I love to write humor, and penning comic dialogue for Bolt’s puppy pals as well as Corabell, Dorabell, and Mae was a joy. I figured there must be quite the story behind Bolt’s being abandoned in a Los Angeles animal shelter.
