   Daenerys being Jenny of Oldstones is such a clever, spooky idea. The Gothic atmosphere is thick enough to cut with a knife, with the Targaryen ghosts in their finery and crowns (even the babies!) and blood. Aerys' description is especially vivid, with the scales and the dragon claws. It's a lush, satisfying ghost story.

      Thank you for your kind words! I’m so happy you liked it. I definitely was heavily inspired by Florence and the Machine’s cover of “Jenny of Oldstones;” it’s so haunting!
