You say Percy isn't gay or bi, and yet you've commented that you think Percy x Zoe would be cool which would be wrong because Zoe has totally sworn off guys so that would ruin her charater. Or you've mentioned Percy x Hestia, which would also be wrong because Hestia is a sworn virgin. So you're a hypocrite, who doesn't mind 'ruining' other characters, just not Percy.
Also, this is fanFICTION and my story, you have absolutely no right to be rude. If you don't like the story, don't read it. Nobody is making you. Go and write your own if it bothers you that much.
also, zoe has been attracted to a guy, she is a huntress now, true, but that doesn't mean she is immune to love or physical attraction, especially given that aphrodite is older and stronger than artemis
