    this stands out so clearly in my mind - I love the sense of that big dry empty landscape, and the feeling that this story has all the time in the world to relax into it and do what it's going to do. I'm not sure I'm saying what I mean, but this is really restful and lovely to read, and I like how I feel after reading it. thank you!!

      Thank you! While writing it I just called it "soft spones" to remind myself that's what it was. I wasn't sure anyone would be down for such low-keyness. I'm glad it works for you! I recentlyread another with similar themes by lupinely. You might like it!
