      When you have the possibility to do something or at least you could do it, but you don't do it because you didn't want to or didn't know you could ... wouldn't you feel guilty? In the My Hero Academia universe, society teaches children that their quirks are to help society, that's why children with strong quirks commonly focus on Heroics, Izuku is a variant who decided to go for a different thing and even so, people tell him the same "You must go to Heroics", it's a great weight they put on him.
