    i can just imagine him introducing his quirk threw an example like taking a knife and just stabbing at his hand out of nowhere but that is probably too extreme

      If he did that he would need stitches ... Izuku's quirk avoids destructive forces. For example, a tsunami wave, a person hitting a window with a baseball bat, etc. It wouldn't recognize a knife stuck in a hand, but it would if it were stuck into the wall.
