Hahaha Not as much as you think, Izuku's quirk allows him to avoid destructive forces, but not all the crimes. So, for example, if there was an earthquake, the place where Izuku was wouldn't suffer any damage, but Izuku couldn't prevent thieves from entering the houses if they didn't apply force.
