This was wonderful. I loved the banter between Harry and the Weasley children and the Weasleys with each other as well. Like Ginny practically telling Fred and George to hurry it up with their shop because she wants a summer job, Ron saying how they're sent to babysit the twins and blatantly ignoring Fred, etc. Loved how Ron just naturally took charge during the shopping.
Poor Ron so lost with the Feelings Talk even though he wants to help so much.
It was great to see Arthur and Molly both stand up to Albus and that they kept persuading him. Teeny tiny bit disappointed they did not end up inviting whoever was on patrol at some point, hehe. I like how Molly also tied in realizations she's had from a talk she's had with one of her children and how collected Arthur is until he feels like he should make a point in showing that it does really affect the both of them strongly. Wonderful. :)
The cooking therapy was so endearing. It can be easier to talk if you have a shared activity to do. Drops some of the intensity as you can shift your attention and they bonded so endearingly... Molly's enthusiasm to finally have someone that wants to learn and be in the kitchen together is also so wholesome.
I'm not sure if this is at all welcome, but the only point of critique I have is when Ron's reflecting how happy he is because Harry's happy. To me, the way it's phrased read like synergistic happiness is exclusive to romantic relationships and not also happens with friendships and family relations. It's clearly not intented that way; everyone's very empathetic and supportive after all.
I can definitely see the twins mistake distraction for destruction. Even genuinely.
