    damian should get to use emoticons!! i headcanon that he types so formally through texts that it used to be difficult for ppl to know when he was joking or showing any other emotion other than apathy and then one day dick showed him emojis/emoticons and the rest is history. he's not unfeeling!!! he's a baby assassin going through character development and learning it's ok to show positive emotions and if i have to show that thruogh one fic at a time then so help me i WILL
