    Internal? I'm sure he has a quiet room that is soundproofed that he can scream out loud in. And it would not surprise me if the second and third years support students have a still hidden away somewhere. Power loader very well might demand a small tax from them.

        One, who's to say nezu doesn't already know about the stills. And two they might need to make a couple more to keep up with demand.
