...Izuku could use the story of how he acquired OfA to turn the raccoon into a character, couldn't he? Webcomic!Izuku is wandering around (like those little slice-of-life mini-adventures mascot characters often go on) and does something heroic that Webcomic!All Might sees. Webcomic!All Might decides to pass his power to Webcomic!Izuku and a training montage to acclimate him to his new power ensues. Webcomic!Katsuki notices that something is up but doesn't say anything. Webcomic!All Might pulls some strings and Webcomic!Izuku becomes the Mysterious Transfer Student at fictional UA. Webcomic!Katsuki manages to recognize Webcomic!Izuku and think's he's looking down on her, and it's off to the races! The readers of Heart Hero Heroine get to enjoy reading about Izuku and Katsuki repairing and developing their relationship.
