Just so you know, I’m 100% blaming you for only getting three hours of sleep last night. What a slow burn, whew!!
I loved Snape and Harry all along, those codependent, possessive gits will be the death of me one day. There was so much in this fic that made me grin and if I say I was screaming ‘JUST FUCKING KISS’ at four am, I’m not even lying. The characterization was spot on in my book. Snape offering Harry the Kiss Of Death was brilliant, and so were his subtle ways of flirting. You also did a great job on Harry’s inner monologue, it was amazing to see him fight against the expectations people have of him, and to finally see him choose what’s right for him.
You also did good writing professor Wallace. You made me empathize with him even if I knew he was bad news for Harry and Snape. He was a fully rounded character and I’m glad he turned out to be more than just the bad guy.
This just made me happy. Thank you so so much for sharing!!
