No Tony. There are other enhanced in the world. Peter, you are wrong. The Rogues are NOT needed, and it shouldn't be Tony's job to get them pardoned. Even if they could assist, if still isn't and should not be Tony's job to continue to put up with their abuse and lies. Many teams are needed to fight against Thanos. Put them somewhere else away from Tony.
