Would love to see more of this! What else might Harry draw to fill Tom's world? The Great Hall filled with people during breakfast? Students playing quidditch on the field? Classes in session with the dungeon bat Severus Snape? Mrs. Norris wandering the halls looking for students up to no good? Meanwhile Tom worried that if he responds the pictures that bring his dreary existence life might stop, but also desperate to do anything to keep them and the creator? Perhaps on Harry's side, he starts seeing a strange addition to the pictures he draws? A boy that he knows he didn't draw, but that is somehow seated at the front of the potions class, or up in the bleachers during a quidditch match. At the end of the Slytherin Table in the great hall.
