If you don't want concrit feel free to ignore the following: I think you have a good writing style though you might want to find a beta-reader to catch problems with grammar like jumping between past and present tense. ;)

I've never worked w a beta before, so I'm lost at how that actually works. hihi If you don't mind though, can I ask you to beta-read for the rest of the chapters. :)))))))
