    I really like the symbolism of convincing the other avatars to help them - it’s a very nice parallel to Elias’s ritual, but based on cooperation and, well, if not trust, then something that could one day become it. Also the image of Jon and Mike haggling about how tall of a building Mike’s allowed to throw Jon off of, much to Martin’s distress, is a beautiful thing xD

      Thanks! I had considered trying to get all the entities on board, but that was a little too involved for me and they just weren't all necessary.

      Of course, that's not to say Martin and Jon don't continue making alliances after this
