Comment on levels of investment

  1. Woah I love this fic! Like it was so precious like I don't even know where to start! It's kinda rare for me to see people write about the third years leaving, expecially in this way and I really like it! It's nice that you gave a sort of view on the possible changes in dynamic once Daichi, Suga, and Asahi leave (cus now that think about it, it's pretty for me to imagine myself). and OMG Tsukki being permitted to be an asshole was like woaaaah!! I did NOT expect that at all, and a small part of me has a feeling that Ennoshita allowed Tanaka and Tsukki to pick their fights because well... like he said, they have a lot of players who get really nervous a lot. I'm assuming that those two being snarky is supposed to compensate for that? (or is it just me idk XD) But anyway! I love the characterization of literally everyone even the usually unnoticed second years! And the interaction was done so well too! Like it wasn't too forced and it moved so freely! Can I just say that Tsukki and Yama provoking Tanaka and Nishinoya was just so amusing for me, especially since it caused an almost meltdown for Asahi omg hilarious! I kind of wish that you'd make more of these now like idk just oneshots about their transition of losing their senpais. It's really not everyday that I get to see them being written this well!

Also, I like how the TsukkiYama relationship here isn't so... what's the right word for it... explicit? Like you know it's there but it's not so in your face. Is that making any sense? Like it just captures their friends-more-than-friends relationship so well! The small snipets of Tsukki's concern was nicely put in! It felt really Tsukki-like! A lot of people tend to lose his snarky attitude when they tried to associate it with his concern for Yamaguchi but here it was tied so well!

Definitely looking forward to your other works!

yeeee thank you so much for this comment! ;u; <3 <3 this fic pretty much turned into all of my hopes and dreams for post-third-years-leaving, which is the only way i can stand to think about them leaving, haha. i'm glad that it flowed so well~

and i get what you mean for the tsukkiyama - that's what i was pretty much going for! i love reading really shippy things but it's nice to think about and write something that isn't so focused on that, and i'm glad to see that's what it came across as.

(i hope you enjoy any of my other stories! ;u; )
