Could you have turn my heart into pieces any more gutwrenchingly than you did? I was crying non-stop, fat crocodile tears from the break-up till the after-funeral scene. Hot damn. I feel like you conveyed the unreliable narrator part really well and I loved the scenes where Steph travelled the world and met other superheroes. I also loved how consistent you were with pronouns (she in her mind, he when others talked about her) and names (except for that one Steph pre-"I would have named you Stephanie if you'd been a girl"). You played my heartstrings beautiful and left me hopeful still and I don't even know what to do now. I guess taking a look at the next part is in order.
I'm just. Burned out emotionally. It was that amazing.
