thanks! yeah, i like to characterize alya as someone who can be really detail-oriented when it comes to things she has a vested interest in. the chloe episode, in my mind, is the expectation to the rule, where her want to believe ladybug is truly someone close to her--no matter who it might be-- over-road her natural investigative tendencies. and with that behind her as a terrible mistake on her part, she's more likely to double-down on proving her point is right than ever before.
