Well, considering Arrowverse Bruce Wayne is played by Kevin Conroy(The voice of Bruce Wayne/Batman for Batman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures, Batman Beyond, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, Superman: The Animated Series, Static Shock, and The Zeta Project.), it's not that much of a stretch for me.
Yes, I know that that was Earth-99's Bruce Wayne, but judging by Kate's reaction, they're physically identical.
