Honestly at this point I feel like it's a running Gag in all the 7 kingdoms to crown Ned Starks Bastard son. Though everyone had their own reason, some being that they see his Targaryen side, others such as Oberyn for other reasons.But in all honesty I feel like a random knight would win and still crown Jon. Just because they think its hilarious that a boy keeps being crowned.

Yeah, I just reread it and at this point it just seemed like a gag. I don't think anyone was ever crowned more than once in their lives. And here comes a pretty lil boy who get crowned 6 times.
