    I too am one for friendship and Team 7 as a family! Also, although Sakura with the Mokuton is no new concept, the way you began the story was EXTREMELY refreshing and whatnot with interspersing history about Hashirama from Sasuke. I can't wait to see how you'll reinterpret a world vast as this in your own words! :)

      Thank you!! I was revisiting Naruto P1 and just got hit by a speeding truck of nostalgia at their interactions—I'd indeed loved the concept of Mokuton!Sakura after seeing others discuss and explore it on tumblr, and it occurred to me that since the Hashirama's abilities were linked to his ability to suppress the chakra of the Bijuu, then the moment where Sakura was attacked by Gaara might be the perfect opening scene.

      I'm really excited too, and yes, it's such a vast universe and I intend to go into the background of Team 7's families, how Konoha works and its history.
