Your writing is so incredible. You did a brilliant job conveying the emotion behind the various scenes, and the setup for how intensely the pros are going to turn on Excellent Era after this was great. The "maybe one day you will also understand why I never gave up on Excellent Era despite everything" was so heart-wrenching too, because he knows he can't keep it from coming out, and how angry everyone was going to be, but he still hopes that they'll understand.
I'm not gonna be very good at making the rest of what I feel coherent so just know that I have a lot of feelings. Absolutely amazing work. Thank you for writing!
Thank you!! Pulling out all the emotions and adding layers to each scene was a huge focus of mine as I was writing! I'm happy you liked the set-up because I really did want to convey how huge the backlash of everything was going to be.
