    I'm guiltily looking forward to seeing how many ways this will go wrong, and trying not to get my hopes up.

    With that said--sad, reflective Thor who ACTUALLY LEARNED SOMETHING from all this trouble is my favourite Thor, and I am all full of sympathy for him. (Which is why I now like fanfic better than the movies, I guess...)

      There are still so many ways for this to go wrong, and unfortunately for Thor, they will. He deserves all the sympathy, because I'm really being cruel to him here. I'm rather partial to sad, reflective Thor myself, probably unluckily for him!

      The events of Thor 2 are canon for this story, but I freely admit to some wishful thinking in that this fic is my response to how I hoped Thor would act, rather than what I saw on the screen. Consider it OOC or not as you will :)
