Thank you! I do like the new characters, but I miss Tony (and Ziva, and Jenny, and Kate...) It's been fun writing early-season stories, so I imagine I'm going to keep going:) And I was thinking about the video conference - Gibbs just rolls with it, leading me to believe that's not the first time that's happened...
